Marinara Restaurant - Coffs Harbour
Our Marinara restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner, please check with reception regarding opening hours. We specialise in modern australian cuisine with a emphasis on Italian seafood as our name suggests.
For breakfast we offer an extensive continental buffet with cooked options every morning. Room service is also available.
Our dinner menu changes seasonally and we utilise only the freshest local produce. Currently our spring menu features a wide variety of meals assocaited with this season.

Risotto roast duck, porcini spinach
BBQ skewered prawns, chilli oil and avocado
Lemon thyme roasted spatchcock, pumpkin mash and steamed greens
Pasta marinara - our signature dish
Hereford sirloin, potato rosti, grilled king prawns and bernaise
These dishes and many more combined with our weekly specials offer something for everyone. Our chef Harley Pothin will happily cook something for you if you have special dietary requests.
