Marinara Restaurant - Coffs Harbour
Our Marinara restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner, please check with reception regarding opening hours. We specialise in modern australian cuisine with a emphasis on Italian seafood as our name suggests.
For breakfast we offer an extensive continental buffet with cooked options every morning. Room service is also available.
Our dinner menu changes seasonally and we utilise only the freshest local produce. Currently our spring menu features a wide variety of meals assocaited with this season.
A few of the dishes featured are:
Salt & pepper combo of tiger prawns and calamari
Linguini marinara - our signature dish
Grilled eye fillet of beef, beetroot roesti, steamed brocolli, mustard butter and red wine jus
Shredded slow cooked duck, layered with zucchini and caramelised onion and topped with vintage cheddar.
Plates of hot and cold seafood
These dishes and many more combined with our weekly specials offer something for everyone. Our chef Will Lewis will happily cook something for you if you have special dietary requests.
