Marinara Restaurant - Coffs Harbour
Our Marinara restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner, please check with reception regarding opening hours. We specialise in modern australian cuisine with a emphasis on Italian seafood as our name suggests.
For breakfast we offer an extensive continental buffet with cooked options every morning. Room service is also available.
Our dinner menu changes seasonally and we utilise only the freshest local produce. Currently our spring menu features a wide variety of meals assocaited with this season.
A few of the dishes featured are:
Linguine of chorizo sausage, kalamata oliv and spanish onion
Whole salt and pepper barramundi with lemon hollandaise
Pasta marinara - our signature dish
Chicken breast, basil and pinenuts, jasmine rice and steamed greens
These dishes and many more combined with our weekly specials offer something for everyone. Our chef Will Lewis will happily cook something for you if you have special dietary requests.
